New Jersey Secure Choice Savings Program Act ("RetireReady NJ")

Employers that offer a “qualified retirement plan” to their employees are exempt from the requirements of the RetireReady NJ program. The Pension Fund and SRSP are both “qualified retirement plans” as defined in the statute. Employers should select the option “401(k)-or other 401(a) plan” from the list of exemptions when registering.
